Code of Conduct
Effective November 1, 2019.
The Jahuty community is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.
We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, or religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, photography or audio/video recording against reasonable consent, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate. This code of conduct applies to all Jahuty-sponsored spaces, both online and off.
Anyone who violates this code of conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from these spaces at the discretion of the Jahuty Team.
Some Jahuty-sponsored spaces may have additional rules in place, which will be made clearly available to participants. Participants are responsible for knowing and abiding by these rules.
If you are being harassed by a member of the Jahuty community, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact the Jahuty Team firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond as promptly as we can.
We will respect confidentiality requests for the purpose of protecting victims of abuse. We will not disclose the names of harassment victims without their affirmative consent.
